(i) gas ovens are better for cooking meats, roasting things, and broiling.
(ii) electric ovens are better for baking because it has a dry heat vs. a moist heat for gas.
(iii) induction is as good or better at cooking than gas, though it is more expensive.
We have a dual fuel KA setup right now. But we've ordered an induction cooktop and electric wall oven.
