Here's the original, from about thirty years ago. I guess Vince Vance (in the video with the big hair) has concluded that negotiations won't end satisfactorily, and is (reluctantly) taking Mariah's people to court. Let's face it, the guy is right. A few tweaks to the lyrics, and the melody, and the tempo, and....
