instead it's tuned for luxury. Not floaty 1970s American luxury cars, but it's not going to challenge the new Porsche Macan (which is EV only) in the canyons. My guess is that the EX90 would also be tuned towards luxury rather than sportiness.

Unlike the EX90, it's only a 2 row crossover, but seems to be very roomy and has plenty of luggage space. Similar (and maybe more luggage space) than my iX.

I don't know if the EX90 is a 400V or 800V car, but the Lyriq I'm pretty sure is an 800V car, which means it should charge at the max speeds on newer chargers. Also, for home charging the second and highest trims have a 19.2KW charger available. So, if you can find an 80A home charger and have 100A of service available, you could charge really freaking fast for AC home charging.

I saw a Lyriq yesterday as I was driving around and saw one in Crystal White Tintcoat and damn that was a sharp looking car. I'm not a big fan of white cars but this one was slightly beige (which I also don't like) but really stood out on this car. I like the design of the Lyriq.

To answer your question, I did have a reservation but canceled it since I had decided to take the lease deal on the BMW. There may be a lot of Lyriqs on lots right now because Cadillac just did two things (i) lift the stop sale to update software that was causing Ultium vehicles to brick (see video below) and (ii) announce that most Lyriqs would qualify for the $7500 tax credit - I bet people were holding off until that was sorted out.
