Defendant Abud's minor son physically attacked the plaintiff minor, who was babysitting him at the time at a local hotel, smashing his head against the floor and walls, putting the barrel of a BB gun down his throat and shooting him several times in the face. Plaintiff also seeks to hold Amazon partly responsible because the deliveryman dropped off the BB gun at the hotel without making sure a responsible adult received the package. |
