Thing I take for granted: consistent sleep night after night
Of i go to bed with the wife at 9 and go to sleep, I'm up at 430. That's all I need.
problem lately for me has been falling asleep at 8:30 or 9 and then waking up at 11

For the most part I sleep poorly.
That happened to me two nights ago. Laid in bed from 3:45-5. Woke up at 5 and played on the phone.
I'm usually a pretty good sleeper but being stuck inside due to the hideous smoke the past week.....

I'm at about 30% on that since mostly stopped drinking coffee in the evening. *
I don't drink coffee after 11 or so, but the wine is usually a thing. But it doesn't seem to matter*
