Breakaway- All crests and patches are heat pressed decals. Looks really cheap IMO. Think the Stadium Series jerseys from a few years back.

Premium- closest to the equivalent Addias/Rebook jerseys. Heat pressed but some sown and chain stitched highlights. Look better than the old Adidas jerseys, but more expensive as well so I'd hope they do.

Authentic-All the bells and whistles.
