This was a gift to attendees at the 2003 Gene convention. Apparently some participants received it; others didn't.
It's a small brown hat (could be a fascinator) with a net veil and red ribbon decorations and ties. I've never seen the hat or a photo of the hat where the ribbon decoration on top is not a bit flattened. In its original box with the certificate of authenticity included.
