This outfit is called Out Of This World, because this exquisitely blue silk is called Galaxy and it is becoming my favorite blue silk. I made an evening suit, using my favorite Vince Nowell pattern. It isfully lined in deep blue cotton, and the princess seams are highlighted with pearl strands. The full length skirt has an open slit down the back. I've paired the suit with a teardrop fascinator and clutch purse edged in pearls.
