rules and regulations and are now anything over 1/8th of an inch has to ship under a different category, which of course charges 70% more AND is more expensive than FedEx and UPS. (Our current government is fixated on closing the postal service so their rich donors can get all the shipping business instead.) The postage is killing small businesses, especially those on Etsy. So Etsy is running this generous offer right now of listing the shipping under cost and rather than pass that loss onto the seller, they are paying the difference so we sellers don't get screwed from the discount. You know things are bad when a major corporation is willing to spend their own money to help out their online sellers just to keep the customers coming.
