I threw together jumpbo shrimp, bacon, milked bread, corn starch, garlic, green onions, parsley, cilantro, salt, pepper, and mushroom stems, whipped it up in the food processor and stuffed it into the portobello mushrooms. Topped with shredded parmesan and a splash of paprika, quick spray of olive oil on top and threw it it the 375 degree oven for about 14 minutes.
