If I were to go to any restaurant during the week, the employees are adults, IE, above the age of 21, actually more often people that are approaching retirement age or will be within 10 to 15 years.

These people could be single, or even married, may not have obtained an education to give them the opportunities to succeed, or perhaps they are working 2 jobs to make ends meet.

We both live a comfortable life but some people are less fortunate and at the very minimum should make a living wage.

I don't know how to fix this, it would be nice if there was a simple answer to this complex issue.
