As I mentioned previously, I had her transported directly from hospice to the crematorium, I didn't believe out of my personal respect for my mother that having a funeral with her body on display where she had withered down to 90 pounds from her normal 145 was going with dignity.

The process was so simple, I purchased a box for her ashes to be placed into one of those walls at the cemetery.

Later I organized a dinner party with all of her family, living children, grand children, and great grand children. Money well spent rather than a big bronze box put into an expensive hole in the ground to fill with water.
