I bought my first house in the city for 35K in 1973. Sold it for 96K five years later. Bought another one for 58K. Sold it for 122K seven years later. Finally I bought this one for 185K in 1985.
If I sold it now, I'd have lots of money. But I'd have to move. I couldn't afford to buy another here.
And I don't live on Social Security.
