See, private health insurance is socialistic by definition. Who pays for claims? Duh. The ones with cheaper claims, rube. How does that work? Where does that money come from? Premiums.
When premiums are paid, it's a bet that you're going to need care. If you don't have claims where does that premium go? To claimants. If you break your skull falling off a ladder, don't fret. Your treatment will be covered by premiums from others who don't fall off ladders. Those premiums also go into "administration costs", marketing and...profit.
And your insurer can cancel coverage if it sees you as a bad risk...because of your claims.
Nobody wins except the insurance company.
Quite a racket, huh?
We know you have federal group insurance, rube. That doesn't change the math.
