Had to get up on a ladder which Dash and doc didn't think I could do. A 300 lb 74 year old ladder climber? Well, I weighed myself today and I was only 290. How I lost the weight I'll never know. All I've gotten for my birthday is chocolate so I've been eating it a lot. Still in a way it's like having been a .300 hitter and all of a sudden slumped to .290.
