The US exploited the oil from Venezuela back in the 1980s 1990s via Exxon where the US received 98 percent of the profit, a deal made by Bush. Chavez came in and nationalized the oil cutting Exxon out. The US got pissed off and now the orange buffoon says they stole the oil.
