The Boardhost domain is hosted at Amazon Web Services. All domains at AWS are virtualized and utilize QOS Services meaning the quality of service for the domain could be set low to save money on the domain price. QOS is a setting that can provide higher or lower priorities to various domains dependent on how much the domain owner wishes to spend to host his platform.
