As a kid, I lived in upstate New York for a while. I can recall waiting for the school bus in -20 or so, and the school bus wasn't much warmer. Long trip of 20 miles with ice on the windows on the INSIDE of the bus.
I'm too spoiled now, can barely endure 40 degrees
