Pathetic! Waiting since last 9 months

Guys, I took a loan and reserved AU herb 9 months back. Now AU officials are saying 'they are facing delays'. Can anybody here help me what's the waiting time nowadays. Can you please share your experience? I'm from India. Does it take more time for them to ship to Asian countries? What's the problem here? I cannot understand. I was told my wait time will be 6-8 months, but it's already passed. Help guys! Insights please.
