Post time you waited for

Hey guys, Sofia here,from Belarus. Reserved herb 10 months back. I was told there is wait time of 6-8 months. Now official guys are not even replying to my emails. Very frustrating! Guys please post the time you waited for until the delivery. Please help me out finding the pattern. Are they lying about wait time?
Those guys are highly unprofessional indeed.
