Nope. What I mean is they are completely biased to chinese and mongolians, If some chinese or mongolians pay them extra cash they become their first priority and they ship them first. I donno may be link to chinese government and china itself is crazy.

And if you are from other countries they ship to you but put you on hold for long time. Of course you gonna receive the product but you will have to wait longer or they refund you, may be they make money from interest by putting your money hostage on their banks. The best bet is to order from their authorized sellers and pay them extra to avoid the "bias" issue.
