Some of you guys have stated that, they ship immediately only if you pay way more than listed price. Is it really the case? I have reserved herb 10 months back. I'm from India. But still I haven't received it yet. But they do reply to my emails. Now they are saying they are ready to refund the money if I want to cancel the reservation. What should I do guys.should I cancel? What's the point in reserving if its going to take forever to ship. Is this way they are making money?
