Hey guys, so im around 5 feet 8 inches and i found this throught while searching on internet. Now everyone will say this is real, but can someone explain how is this even possible and how come this is not worldwide known?

I just want to know if this is real or not, i would love to be taller but i dont want to spend money on something that wont work.
