Could it be that because they have email account from their actual website hosting instead of simple gmail so it’s “hassle” for them to log in and answer emails everyday like that or simply lazy and plus they get TONS of email daily from people all around the world and some of them ask obvious time wasting questions with obvious answers that can be found on their website or other bot type emails so they got tired of that and only check their email once a month or so... people who paid send email and are responded right away and they have a keyword in their email system that allows those type of email to be moved to their priority section and only answer emails that are deem to be important to them first. Most of their emails would be like people asking them where their product is and when they shipped it. Be more patient. After all their priority is for chinese and others who pay way more than the listing price as money talks. After that, the leftover of the rare stocks get sent slowly to remaining payers and if nothing is left, the people who paid enough for them have to wait multiple years and when they finally get the stock, those will be sent but if another Chinese millionaires show up again then they will be allowed to cut in line thus furthering the wait time for average buyers. I think the max I read that someone had to wait was like 4 years until they were finally sent the product
