We know that Dominique McElligott is BB-shy, but if she were EXTREMELY BB-shy, then she would NOT have agreed to wear those sheer/see-thru outfits in her movie/TV works, and in the case of "House of Cards", she also could have at least worn her pants high enough to cover IT - IF she were EXTREMELY BB-shy.
