15:18 GMT - Coffee prices are rising in New York and London as dry weather in Brazil casts doubt on the size of the harvest in the world's biggest producer of the bean. "The market is starting to feel smaller crops from Brazil for the current harvest and is seeing projections for smaller crops next year as well due to the current dry weather outlook," says Jack Scoville of the Price Futures Group. The last time that the weather was dry during the flowering season for the Brazilian crop was in 2014, when prices soared, notes Shawn Hackett of Hackett Financial Advisors. Arabica futures prices have risen 7% this week, putting them on course for their biggest one-week rally since June
