I can not tell how much unprogrammed pruning has/will be done.
Normally you get in an of year 25 to 30 bags, if you get less than this than you probably better prune.
In an on year 35 to 45. This is per hectare.
The difference between an of year and on year overall is probably 20% under normal conditions.
Because of not all areas on a farm are off or on in the same year it compensates.
For a near future you can expect a bigger difference as a lot of extra pruning is done this year.
Also younger trees witch have suffered will bear less this season, means also a big crop in 2022.
What is stopping some farmers of doing it is the compromises they have for barter and future sales, so they need every bag they can get.
