In response to Orb, USDA has the 21 conillon crop at 20.1 and for sake of data consistency I base off their work. I have read the conillon crop will be anywhere from 10-20% higher YoY, and I am using 13% increase. If you look at Tango's own production table the average YoY increase is 15%. Because data is not consistent across the market, you have to go with YoY deltas IMO to match like for like across different data sets...and again this is the USDA data set.
