If they can afford to wait, it is better for them to wait during the uncertain times with hope for better price.

But just from what I see in stores here in processing and consuming country, there is increase offer of other origins (for some maybe lower grade coffees) that may use the oportunity. I would say that most of customers in Europe (maybe except for Italy, France) are not particularly picky when comes to coffee.
On other hand, for Brazil is probably the main market the USA, not Europe.
