I am not sure about the degree and dynamics of it.
IMO, for people who know what they are drinking, they kept buying 100% arabica at home too.
Maybe not from Brazil but from other origins or some blends.
I have seen arabica blends of wide price range on the shelfs, so I think there was good supply as well as demand for arabica.
The future consumers' preferences are big unknown, so we can talk our opinions all day long. Ultimately, the market will tell.
As for me, I do not bet on some revolutionary changes.
If anything last year proved to me, then that at the end of the day people are very conservative beings.
