There is no if. Brazilian coffee was submitted to the ICE because it was economically viable to do so.
When the window of oportunity for certifying Brazilian coffee closes, probably it will be economically viable for other origins to do so.
People have to stop to think about conspirations teory. Market is a commodity trading worldwide and the main drive for making decisions is financial.
