And we do not know for sure yet, if the vaccines are really working.
Even for Pfizer, there is only a preliminary study not a definite one.

When I look at Israel's new infection data after they vaccinated half of population it does not look like it is going down I would expect.
Of course, there might be some other causes (behavior change) and delays in efficacy, but I am becoming very cautious in calling vaccines a game changer.
Not mentioning new strains... (most of the world do not even look for them)

Actual medicine to cure the covid would be better way out, imo.
