my source is mostly eu media and also i am invested in Pfizer stock, so the homepage and transcript of the recent investors call..

as you may know vaccines are big topic in the EU

pfizer was promising in testing stage, but real world data are still not in.
of course pfizer seems to be much better than astra zeneca.
my doctor also prefers pfizer but for me and the market the data from Israel that has currently the most extensive real world data are not as good yet.. also reflected in stock price of pfizer unfortunately.

but my take is it is better than catching the real virus
should not cause any harm and should help even if little
but i would be cautious to call it a game changer yet
