nothing is ever certain in Europe, but it looks mostly improving.
The coming warm spring weather should help.
I am however little bit worried about some countries dropping restrictions too fast, or better say people loosing caution too much.
We shall see next week, because the past weekend was the Easter weekend with most of Europe having holidays on Friday and on Monday (4 days of fewer tests = fewer new cases).

If there is no significant spike in covid cases by the end of this week and during next week, we might be on a very promising path.
