Orb: Thanks....I know that here in the states, whole oranges are mostly grown in California while Florida oranges are most squeezed into concentrate. California, as is the whole southwestern section of the states, is in a multi year drought. The availability of water is becoming critical, there will be almost no mountain snowmelt this Summer and groundwater tables have fallen drastically. This is a common situation worldwide but California uses about 80% of its water for agriculture so it may be hard to water fruit, nut and orange trees. While a annual crop grower can leave some acres fallow, mature trees (like coffee + orange trees) must have water or they die.
