(Bloomberg) -- Future contracts for arabica coffee, the type favored by Starbucks Corp., will “eventually” top $3 a pound in New York, a level last seen in 2011, on supply headwinds in top grower Brazil and elsewhere, says Judy Ganes, president of J. Ganes Consulting.
