Coffee shipments in October rose to 12,412.12 tons, from 7,219.89 tons in September, according to data from the country’s Lampung trade office.
Shipments consist of 12,349.62 tons of robusta beans and 62.50 tons of instant coffee
Exports of black pepper at 803.41 tons and white pepper 217.82 tons
NOTE: Indonesia is the world’s third-biggest robusta producer; Beans from southern Sumatra, the country’s main growing region, are shipped from Panjang port in Lampung province
NOTE: Coffee exports from Lampung in Oct. 2020 reached 16,395.4 tons
