Great, thank you for your response Tango. My cousin Lillian recomended I get on here and check it out, I believe you and her father are partners or something like that. We are on the producing and processing side of coffee so I have strong opinions on the exploition side of coffee but other than that, I don't have much experience or insights on the consuming side.
