Allow me to do a little remark on your comments. When you say "despite some flooding that has been (or could be) historical in parts of Brazil’s coffee area.", just to inform you that, there were no flooding in any coffee region. Remember that Brazil is bigger than the continental USA and coffee is widespread all over the Southeastern of the country.
Just an example of how big is the country, last we had freezing (0C) temperatures at about 600 miles from Sul de Minas, the main producing region in Brazil, and the temperature in Varginha was 30c.
