• Brazil’s largest coffee cooperative, Cooxupe, says the 2022 arabica production will be lower than initially expected, though a new estimate for the crop hasn’t been finished, according to Bloomberg.
• The General Statistics office of Vietnam estimated that the coffee exports for the month of August will be 6.20% lower than the same month last year, at a total of 1,833,333 bags. They said the coffee exports for the first eleven months of the current October 2021 to September 2022 coffee year to be 6.79% higher than the same period last year, at a total of 25,827,076 bags. They also said the country’s exports for the first eight months of this calendar year, will be 39.60% higher than the same period last year
