There is a lot of irony / sarcasm in the piece. I think that he is right to focus less on the who-did-it? aspect of the attack, than on the corruption in and between Russia and the UK. One of Craig Murray's recent pieces claims that Porton Down scientists have NOT identified the substance involved or confirmed that it must have come from Russia. So Corbyn's position looks stronger and stronger.
