I will ask the question again, because no one bothered to answer it last year:
It's (almost) 31 years since the Communist Party of Britain was reestablished at the congress in North London Polytechnic. How time flies! Does any comrade have access to the report of the reestablishment congress? I used to have a copy but it was mislaid years ago. It would be interesting to see it again.
