For the record, I posted this before all the hooha about Rebecca Long-Bailey's quoting from it (and then getting sacked by Sturmer) took place. So the claim that US police were trained to kneel on prisoners' necks in Israel has been withdrawn or denied by Amnesty and Maxine Peake.
