I am a fifty something from near Manchester and was a CPGB member in the 80s so you can see why this board caught my attention.
In my later life, I have shifted my attention (but not position) away from left wing politics and towards debunking conspiracy theories, alternative medicine and religion.
I set up a message board with that intent ten or so years ago, it does pretty well but I'm always on the look out for anyone else who may be interested.

There is a link on my board to a US board that tends to be right leaning and Christian.
You could find some good conversations and the hope is always that posters will flit from board to board in a mutually beneficial.
