Question: For Soviet Britain

Question to any and all please?

Any idea why the CPGB Programme of 1935 was titled For Soviet Britain, as opposed to For a Soviet Britain??

Was there some deep linguistic or political meaning behind this what seems to be a less than English wording?

The actual text of the Programme does refer (once) to "a Soviet Britain" so I am not sure why the title?
