The race is typically a long green flag run race. Some cars or teams can get a lot of of the car when it’s sloppy on cold tires. and or drivers are really comfortable when the car is sloppy. Kevin has never really been comfortable on new tires with restarts here at Phoenix. To be really good over 60 laps you have to vomit to that. Unfortunately I think Kevin could have work 2 if not 3 of the last 4 or 5 races at Phoenix had it not been for bad restarts. In the fall last year he had a problem hitting the chip on up shifts and he had to play defense all day for 2 or 3 laps until he could settle in. The car I think is good tomorrow, historically HMS hits a wall in speed and their cars stop turning after 30 laps. That when the 4 should shine

It seems that fire off speed has been the down fall in competing for race wins, personally don't understand why that is and what can be done about it. 4EVER

The car is really consistent in race runs, not sure it has the speed to compete with the 5 and fire off speed may be hard to over come. They got a ways to go to get to the front, hopefully this new package allows for some passing
