The Sheikha Mozah necklace is stunning but the diamonds a little too large for me in a modern necklace to not make it a bit too vulgar.
For various reasons snake motifs have been a perennial favourite for items of jewellery, ranging from rings and bracelets to necklaces and belts.
Bulgari has made snakes a signature item in their collections, some of which are highlighted in Alain R Troung's site https://alaintruong2014.wordpress.com/2014/11/04/an-amazing-enamel-and-diamond-serpent-belt-by-bulgari-at-christies/
Cartier has also made snake items and displayed two such at the exhibition in Canberra this year.
Perhaps my fellow posters would like to post their favourite snake jewels -- or even the ones they dislike most.
Snake jewels are not normally to my taste, but I think that the necklace worn by Sheikha Mozah successfully displayed her very large diamonds.
