Queen Maxima is in the Stuart Tiara (with the diamond for the first time since 1972), HERE at the Dutch State Banquet at Buckingham Palace tonight! The Queen wore her Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara with the Cullinan 3 and 4!
