At the banquet held for the Chinese state visit to the UK in October 2015 and for the Spanish state visit in July 2017 the Marchioness of Cholmondeley wore a large diamond floral tiara which resulted in some debate on the RJWMB.
Edited to include year for Chinese visit.

Ursula has argued that the tiara is a remodeled version of the Ancaster Heathcote tiara http://royal-magazin.de/england/cholmondeley-heathcote/heathcote-tiara-diamonds-cholomondeley.htm
Others, including myself, thought the tiaras were different as seen in the comments starting with Lorenzo's at http://members2.boardhost.com/royal-jewels/msg/archive/1445546285.html
Recently I found some press reports (but no photos so far) of Sybil, Marchioness of Cholmondeley wearing a large diamond floral tiara.
At the Opening of Parliament in 1952
And in 1954 at the Opera evening during the Swedish state visit.
This leads me to wonder if the Cholmondeleys had a diamond floral tiara all along and that it is just that we have never previously seen photos of it? Sybil Cholmondeley was very private and so, even though her name is frequently in the press, there are very few publicly available photos of her, especially wearing her grand jewels.
The reports that Sybil Cholmondeley had a diamond floral tiara are not proof that the tiara worn by the current Marchioness is the same one, but I suspect that there is a high probability that they are. What do others think?
