Thanks to Mauriz's detective work, I was able to find out that the tour of London gardens (as per the photos we posted) took place on 19 July 1954.
QEQM undertook several such tours on behalf of the London gardens society each year, often in a short space of time. When I enlarged the photo above it was clear that HM was wearing the same dress. In other photos, for other tours, HM was wearing different dresses and hats.
